A mid to long range scope appropriate for both beginners and advanced users. This scope will find its use in the hands of many different users and it will surely impress. At a rather low price range, it offers impressive power with its 24x magnification, brightness with its 50mm lens and illuminated reticle, practicality with exposed turrets and parallax adjustment as well as durability with its single piece tube and coated lenses.
A great and light scope that can be used for a variety of applications, whether it be a practical long range competition, a casual day at the range, or the many different scenarios you might encounter during your weekend hunting. It does not only perform great optically with a crystal clear image and brightness, but its features also offer the ability to adjust for any shot you might need to take.
Exposed turrets on this scope allow for quick access and adjustments, and the extra side turret enables the user to adjust the parallax from 13.7 meters to infinity. The scope and subsequent reticle are available in either MOA or MIL versions, with the click value being 0.25 MOA or 0.1 Mil and the total travel of 60 MOA or 18 MIL respectively, for both elevation and windage.
This scope comes with the ATMR MOA or APMR MIL illuminated reticle, both versions set at the FFP. This are reticles made for difficult long range shots with its subtensions always staying matched.
The Argos BTR G2 scopes have heat treated single-piece tubes, machined out of aircraft grade aluminum for extreme hardness and resistance. The finish is black to both protect the scope from the elements and to prevent light reflection.
The lenses are made out of high quality glass and fully multi-coated for both protection and a clear image. The coating will also help provide enough light in combination with the rather large lenses of this series. The reticle itself is etched on the glass for better support and greater recoil resistance.
The scopes are both water and fog proof. They are also very rugged and durable and resistant to shock and recoil of any caliber. The interior is also Argon purged to prevent any internal fogging.
Like any scope out there, mounting is made with any type of mounting rings or single piece mount. A wide range of such products is available on the market and on our web page as well. The Argos BTR G2 6-24x50 FFP has a tube diameter of 30 mm, so the mounting rings need to be of the same size as the scope tube.
