MAKnetic for Mauser M03 for Docter Sight

This Item is a Mauser M03 mount for DOCTER Sights,as stated in the title.
I bought this mount to mount my DOCTER Sight III on my Mauser M03, and as you would assume it should work. The sight fits nicely on the mount and looks good, It also fits nicely on the front mounting recess of the Mauser M03. The issues I have with this mount are the following, firstly the DOCTER Sight has the battery fixed in the bottom and you need to stick a rubber seal to the mount to water proof it, this is method of water proofing is made completely useless by two holes drilled through the mount which are in the completely incorrect place for the DOCTER Sight III leaving it less than water proof. This issue can be remedied easily and is just a design flaw from MAK. The main issue I have with this mount is its incompatibility with the DOCTER Sight III which uses a magnetically controlled switch to turn off. As soon as you mount the sight on the MAK mount which also has a magnet in it the red dot switches its self off and when you remove it it switches its self back on, this is not what you want. I believe this mount would work well if the magnet in the mount wasn't so power full or if it was used with a different sight with out a magnetically controlled on off switch, like the DOCTER Sight II or C. To round up a DOCTER Sight III and this MAKnetic mount will not work together due to the mount switching off the sight with its strong magnet used to help hold it to the rifle.
