Another great wide angle scope from Vortex, the Razor HD gen II works very well for close range, tactical and competition shooting, but with a maximum magnification of 6x you will still be able to pull of medium range shots with ease. The turrets are capped to prevent any movement or damage during practical shooting. The reticle is positioned on SFP, which makes the scope even more appropriate for close range, CQB and competitive shooting. The parallax is fixed, at 91 meters. The scope itself is durable and suitable for all calibers. It is shock, dust and water resistant. The tube is filled with argon to prevent internal fogging of the lenses. The lean, 24 mm lens with SFP reticle, wide angle view lens, real 1x magnification and the capability to use with both eyes open make this a perfect scope for any assault and competition rifle. Eye-box of this scope is also among the best on the market.
The scope’s tube is made out of a single piece of aluminum, hard anodized to protect the scope from both mechanical and environmental damage. These scopes are made for durability and will last a lifetime and have a 30 year warranty. The tube is filled with Argon to prevent internal fogging. The outer surfaces of the lenses are coated multiple times with ArmorTek coating to prevent stains, scratches and to repel water, dust and oil. It will also prevent fingerprint stains on the lenses.
The daylight strong illumination of the reticle can be regulated in 11 intensity levels to enhance your shooting even in dim light. To prevent battery exhaustion, the scope also has the auto off ability. The reticle also has a bullet drop compensation system that is true at 6x magnification. The reticle and its subtensions also always stay matched with click value. Either MIL/MIL or MOA/MOA relation, which is true at 6x magnification.
This turrets are easy to use and come with caps for protection. The scope can come in three options, with the JM-I reticle, most appropriate for any 5.56 or 7.62 caliber rifle and made for fast, competitive shots at short or medium ranges. The scope can also come with a VMR-2 reticle in either Mil (1 click = 0,2 Mrad) or MOA (1 click = ¼ MOA) option.

The Vortex Razor HD in 1-6x24 has a 30mm central tube and need appropriate rings for mounting.
