The model is equipped with open-hinge design very convenient for easy and comfortable handling. Wrap-around design also helps you to adjust the focus all with one hand. Big and grippy focus wheel also helps you with quick adjustments without taking off the gloves. Very thick rubber armoring protects inner construction against impacts and abrasions and gives you a non-slip grip. Docter ED 8x42 is also protected with nitrogen filled construction and tight seals. You can easily submerge them to a water depth of 1 meter without damaging them. This also makes this model waterproof and fog-proof and able to withstand the test of time.
