With 15x56 Swarovski SLC binoculars the faraway objects never seem so close due to 15x magnification and 56mm objective lenses. They perform extremely well in low-light conditions and are suitable for observations of the night sky, making them ideal for astronomy observations. These Swarovski have implemented Abbe-Koenig prisms that have dielectric mirror coatings and are phase corrected with P coatings that significantly enhances contrast and resolution. Fully multi-coated system also provides Swarodur, Swarotop and Swaroclean layers of coatings, that enhances light transmission and provides amazing color balance without a blue hue. These high-power binocular magnesium body is pretty heavy but excellent ergonomic design with slender design and thumb depressions makes them incredibly hand-friendly with wrap-around ability. They are purged with Nitrogen gas and sealed with O-rings, which makes them able to withstand harsh weather conditions. They are waterproof, fog-proof, resistant to corrosion and can be submerged to a water depth of 4 meters (13 feet). It’s highly recommended mounting them to a very elegant Swarovski adapter for steady images. This SLC model provides twist-up eyecups for setting the proper eye-relief even for glass wearers. They have also implemented central focus knob with central diopter that helps you adjust the focus very quick and smooth.
