Bresser Montana 10x25

There is a lot to like about these 10x25 mm Bresser Montana binoculars. Firstly they incorporate a fully multi-coated optical pathway and use phase corrected Schmidt-Pechan roof prisms made from high-quality BaK-4 optical glass.

The double hinge design that enables the binocular to fold up into an exceptionally small shape allows you to carry them with ease to sporting events or on long hiking adventures.

The aluminum chassis is both lightweight and far more robust than the polycarbonate ones use on many cheaper alternatives. It is also completely sealed and filled with nitrogen gas meaning that these binoculars are both waterproof and fogproof.

Centrally positioned, the focus wheel is easy to reach and the gearing is such that allows you to go from near to far focus in just 1.5 turns of the wheel for both rapid and accurate focal adjustments

The small 25 mm objective lenses are great for keeping the overall size and weight of the binocular to a minimum, however, as with the small windows in your house, they let in far less light than larger ones and thus it is understandable that these, like most compacts, work best when the ambient light levels are fair to good.

Thus these high-quality optics, a fairly powerful 10x magnification and the compact design come together to produce a binocular that is ideal for the lightweight traveler, backpacker, camper or hiker operating in wide open spaces and who wants a superior view at longer distances during the day.
