Great little scope.

I m no sniper. I just wanted an affordable, relatively compact FFP scope with a simple reticle and decent quality that could reliabley help me engage targets out to around 600 metres on a basic firearm. This scope delivers and then some. Initially I installed it on an inexpensive entery level Remington 300 win mag. It handled the recoil if 180 gr rounds perfectly and after almost 200 hundred rounds had not suffered any shifts or damage. It is now on a heavy barrel 308 that I shoot 168 gr match rounds from and in my opinion is perfect for this type of use. The glass is clear, it has nice tactile turrets that adjust accurately and easily and of course has the FFP advantage of enlarging the reticle at higher magnifications. The magnification range is about right for this quality of equipment and in fact exceeds what I expected from this unit. If you want a sight to use that delivers all the benefits of FFP and the simplicity of miliradians and a mil dot style reticle you could do a lot worse than buy one of these.
